PURPOSE AND CURRENT SCOPE
- RegisterWorkspace accepts restaurant/business plan, acknowledgement and required contact fields.
- Creates draft workspace, empty menu and deterministic request-ID slug; existing ownership cannot be rebound by matching email.
- TenantStaffAccess reads active durable membership; verified sign-in email may claim an unbound invitation.

MODEL PLACEMENT
BarTide and Tide Casa onboarding is documented as a project within the MJos Predictive Model. Its proposed Bangel binding must preserve the existing product boundary.

REQUEST TO RESULT
IF
Identity is verified, requested plan is admitted and no conflicting ownership exists.
HOW
Validate fields; bind user and tenant in a transaction; preserve existing ownership.
THEN
Create or return draft workspace; conflicting ownership holds for review.

RELEASE CRITERIA
Record input identity, a reproducible procedure, expected outcome, actual evidence and authorized reviewer. A documentary sequence is complete only for its stated scope; execution and production readiness require separate evidence.

EVIDENCE LIMITS
- One-workspace-per-account behavior is explicit in source.
- Creating a draft does not publish a restaurant or activate payments.
- No end-to-end onboarding execution in this review.
