PURPOSE AND CURRENT SCOPE
- Menu categories, items, ingredient exclusions, item requests, order requests and quantities.
- Order quoting and fingerprints, customer receipt/tracking, staff operations and delivery workflow source.
- Delivery settings include allowed ZIP codes, fee, minimum and capacity.

MODEL PLACEMENT
BarTide ordering and menu is documented as a project within the MJos Predictive Model. Its proposed Bangel binding must preserve the existing product boundary.

REQUEST TO RESULT
IF
The tenant menu, fulfillment mode and quote fingerprint remain current.
HOW
Compute whole-cent totals from server data; validate quantities, capacity, requests and repeat operation identity.
THEN
Issue one receipt or return a version/quote conflict; never infer payment from order creation.

RELEASE CRITERIA
Record input identity, a reproducible procedure, expected outcome, actual evidence and authorized reviewer. A documentary sequence is complete only for its stated scope; execution and production readiness require separate evidence.

EVIDENCE LIMITS
- Per-serving variants are not separate cart lines in current phase-two documentation.
- No source evidence of automatic route optimization.
- Fictional Gulf Lantern demo does not establish actual business outcomes.
