PURPOSE AND CURRENT SCOPE
- Draft/published business posts, consent-bearing push subscriptions and subscriber counts.
- Private object store, media endpoints and uploaded-video references.

MODEL PLACEMENT
BarTide business posts and private media is documented as a project within the MJos Predictive Model. Its proposed Bangel binding must preserve the existing product boundary.

REQUEST TO RESULT
IF
The actor can publish the tenant's content and recipients have relevant consent.
HOW
Validate content/version, access policy, subscription binding and durable outbox identity.
THEN
Publish or enqueue only the authorized content; hold missing consent or unavailable delivery evidence.
