A selected lesson/example declares its language, expected outcome and execution capability.
HOW
Keep editable source, prediction, execution evidence and receipt separate; bind source hash/runtime/version.
THEN
Report real parser/runtime evidence where available; label exported-but-not-run C# honestly.

EVIDENCE GATES
Bind the request to its exact source/profile and permitted scope. Validate required fields and units before comparison. Preserve UNKNOWN and reject incompatible or stale evidence. A failed authority check remains DENY; absent supporting evidence remains HOLD.

PROJECT-SPECIFIC CONSTRAINTS
- C# is not compiled/executed in browser or server; downloaded .NET project is its execution path.
- Expected output and completion checkmarks are not evidence of execution.
- No current application API/database integration or deployment control.
- Adding Bangel and build.tide.casa is the present requested work, not an existing capability established by this review.

RECONCILIATION
Store the actual result separately from a later outcome. Append discrepancies without changing the earlier prediction or receipt. This is a newly authored documentary logic contract, not a report of an executed Bangel adapter.
