PURPOSE AND CURRENT SCOPE
- Private development predictive API and PredictiveCore use preserved Bangel models with two independent JP/Joanna workers and guardian supervision.
- Source model files cover forecast, robust/hybrid, variance, comparability, trading-risk and minority-risk profiles.
- Versioned loopback GET profile / POST predict interface.

MODEL PLACEMENT
MJos Predictive Model is documented as a project within the MJos Predictive Model. Its proposed Bangel binding must preserve the existing product boundary.

REQUEST TO RESULT
IF
Chronology, units, provenance, comparability and required evidence are admitted.
HOW
Evaluate preserved model arithmetic in independent bounded workers; compare output and minority-risk gates.
THEN
Return an advisory forecast with uncertainty or HOLD; execution permission remains separate.

RELEASE CRITERIA
Record input identity, a reproducible procedure, expected outcome, actual evidence and authorized reviewer. A documentary sequence is complete only for its stated scope; execution and production readiness require separate evidence.

EVIDENCE LIMITS
- Forecasts are advisory and uncalibrated.
- A hosted software package is not a bootable OS.
- Existing source notice describes private inherited material; naming updates must preserve license/attribution boundaries.
- No real-workload forecast accuracy established by this review.
