PURPOSE AND CURRENT SCOPE
- Historical Build Verification task reports Jobs/Vessel/Job workspace, customer and vessel intake, tasks, readings, notes, photos and history.
- Historical reports describe Bangel-Joanna-JP execution, Teal completion gates, version rechecks, operation-ID protection and portable exports.
- Later task reports workspace backup/restore and service reports plus a completed physical iPhone fresh-job flow.

MODEL PLACEMENT
Moana is documented as a project within the MJos Predictive Model. Its proposed Bangel binding must preserve the existing product boundary.

REQUEST TO RESULT
IF
A job has the required recorded observations and complete tasks at the current revision.
HOW
Preserve Unknown versus known zero, photo bytes and provenance; prepare/validate review; commit once against revision and operation identity.
THEN
Save a supported change or hold missing evidence; retain backup/recovery and history.

RELEASE CRITERIA
Record input identity, a reproducible procedure, expected outcome, actual evidence and authorized reviewer. A documentary sequence is complete only for its stated scope; execution and production readiness require separate evidence.

EVIDENCE LIMITS
- Current source was not recovered or inspected in this pass; all build/test assertions are historical task statements.
- Device-local single-operator prototype; shared accounts/cloud sync/scheduling/billing were later work.
- Do not transfer earlier CPU/encryption/rendering benchmark claims into Moana performance claims.
- Native Moana platform not fully activated; recovered presentation/routing contract was reused.
- Report page-break issue remained noted.
