An observation and first reading are preserved with context and assumptions.
HOW
Compare alternative readings across declared stages; separate observed structure from inferred intention; run bounded recovery only for a named gap.
THEN
Output only supported scope; hold confirmation when referents or intent are unresolved.

EVIDENCE GATES
Bind the request to its exact source/profile and permitted scope. Validate required fields and units before comparison. Preserve UNKNOWN and reject incompatible or stale evidence. A failed authority check remains DENY; absent supporting evidence remains HOLD.

- Formalization explicitly said implementation/testing pending; later parser-valid snippets do not prove complete NLP/image interpretation implementation.

RECONCILIATION
Store the actual result separately from a later outcome. Append discrepancies without changing the earlier prediction or receipt. This is a newly authored documentary logic contract, not a report of an executed Bangel adapter.
