PURPOSE AND CURRENT SCOPE
- Quotes, setup/maintenance subscription checkout, invoices, cancel/discard and guest purchase contracts.
- ServiceBillingProvider supports sandbox or explicitly gated live configuration; creation requires checkout/cards-only/method configuration gates.
- Webhook signature verification and invoice/refund reconciliation code exists.

MODEL PLACEMENT
Stripe API - Tide Casa service billing is documented as a project within the MJos Predictive Model. Its proposed Bangel binding must preserve the existing product boundary.

REQUEST TO RESULT
IF
The customer accepts current terms and an unchanged quote, with the appropriate billing environment enabled.
HOW
Bind checkout snapshot, account, price, method configuration and request ID; reconcile signed invoice evidence.
THEN
Persist the invoice/subscription status; never treat a redirect or advisory forecast as payment.

RELEASE CRITERIA
Record input identity, a reproducible procedure, expected outcome, actual evidence and authorized reviewer. A documentary sequence is complete only for its stated scope; execution and production readiness require separate evidence.

EVIDENCE LIMITS
- Distinct from merchant payments, which are currently test-only.
- Source ability to configure live is not evidence live billing is activated.
- No subscriptions were created or changed.
