IF
An optical frame has a source identity and is explicitly classified as camera evidence.

HOW
Retain original pixels, label transformations and distinguish inferred surface geometry, synthetic anatomy priors and genuine MR evidence. Abstain beyond the input's evidence class.

THEN
Return a labeled optical or surface-research artifact, without claiming unseen anatomy, MR signal or a clinical result.
