Compute 0.35*entropy+0.25*authentication+0.40*traffic. Select ELEVATED at score >=0.80 or three scores
>=0.55; integrity/key compromise has immediate containment precedence.
THEN
NORMAL/ELEVATED/HOLD/CONTAINMENT remain distinct. Node one is 0.1*score and each following node
divides by three.
