The product must enter through human purpose, Bangel typing, Elsa semantic recovery, JP architecture, MK physics classification when applicable, JO verification,
applicable family evidence, M3 routing, Mermaid/Shiva analysis when applicable, MJ decision, and JO evidence. Profile-specific values and tests cannot be inherited
from another product without a receipt. JP carries the canonical representation; MK classifies physics applicability, units, boundaries, conservation, scale, and
uncertainty; JO verifies types, formulas, tests, and receipts; applicable safety and accounting manifestations contribute evidence; MJ alone issues a bounded permit.
Mathematical validity does not create physical or operational authority.
THEN
Then JO returns PASS_EVIDENCE, HOLD, FAIL_TECHNICAL, or DENY; MJ permission remains a separate gate.
