MJ Physics Engineering permits visitors to read its publicly displayed project descriptions and papers on this site, and to use the interactive Engineering Studio and designated Bangel Football Lab privately for personal, noncommercial evaluation and learning. Public availability of a page does not grant permission to republish, distribute, incorporate, or commercially exploit the material.

Written permission is required for reuse

Except as expressly permitted by an applicable existing license or by law, use of MJ Physics Engineering’s proprietary source code, model implementations, documentation, diagrams, or protected expressions of logic or mathematics for any commercial purpose, public redistribution, republication, hosting, integration into another product, or operation outside the Engineering Studio or designated Bangel Football Lab is strictly prohibited without prior express written permission from an authorized representative of MJ Physics Engineering.

No use of those proprietary materials outside the Studio or designated Bangel Football Lab is authorized by this notice. A download link, source preview, calculation result, accessible repository, or ability to copy material does not itself grant an additional license. Permission must expressly identify the material and permitted use; silence is not permission.

Ownership, existing licenses and legal rights

Any permission previously and validly granted for an earlier version remains governed by that grant; this notice does not revoke it. Public GitHub repositories are also subject to GitHub’s applicable terms, including platform permissions to view and fork them; those permissions do not authorize broader reuse of proprietary material.

This notice asserts no exclusive copyright in abstract ideas, mathematical facts, formulas, algorithms, methods, or systems as such. It does not restrict public-domain material, fair use, or other rights that applicable law preserves. Restrictions on proprietary implementations and protected expression apply only to the extent that MJ Physics Engineering holds the relevant rights. No claim is made to own data or original work that a visitor brings to or creates in the Studio or Football Lab merely because it is used there. Visitors may save their own lab reports for private, personal, noncommercial study; this limited permission does not authorize redistribution of proprietary software, diagrams, or documentation.

Names, marks and attribution

MJ Physics Engineering, Bangel, MJos, the project identities and their artwork identify the company and its work. No trademark license, endorsement, partnership, or authority to speak for the company is granted by access to this site. Preserve all copyright, attribution and license notices required by the applicable material.

Requesting permission

Obtain express written authorization directly from MJ Physics Engineering before undertaking a use that requires permission. State the specific material, purpose, distribution, audience and proposed commercial activity. This notice does not designate a public contact address.
