GIN Measurement: Intervals, clock normalization, temporal states and evidence-bound measurements.

MJos Predictive Model: umbrella project and first manifestation of the Bangel Language in this edition.
Bangel Language: typed expression layer.
Elsa: compiler.
JP: independently admitted representation; preserve its actual versioned protocol.
Joanna: runtime and execution evidence.
MJ: separate permission and resource authority.

PROJECT TYPES
- SourceIdentity: Text
- ProfileIdentity: Text
- EvidenceState: known | unknown | simulated | historical
- ReviewOutcome: supported | HOLD | DENY

PROFILE RULE
Keep case-sensitive neural r0/r9 distinct from uppercase R-state semantics. Historical MJ-PBMEF build IDs are provenance, not current company branding. Existing evidence profiles retain their source-specific meanings.

EVIDENCE LIMITS
- Full GIN lifecycle remains distinct from the implemented interval and evidence adapters.
