A spatial cell declares its source frame, pixel bounds, grid index and parent resolution.
Required scope, evidence identity, input shape and applicable independent review must be present.
SENTINEL
Bind cell/node points to the same source root, validate bounds and preserve multiresolution lineage without extending observation below validated resolution.
Watch stale evidence, changed source roots, unsupported type conversions and requests beyond the named profile.
AUDIT RECEIPT
Record request identity, source version, assumptions, input, proposed result, actual outcome and reasons for HOLD or DENY. One successful stage does not override another's veto.
SPECIFIC CHALLENGE
A changed source root or out-of-bounds cell must not be accepted as the same observed scene.
BOUNDED RESULT
Return a rooted external-scene cell or HOLD invalid lineage or bounds. The cell does not identify unseen tissue.
