PRECONDITION
A spatial cell declares its source frame, pixel bounds, grid index and parent resolution.
SEMANTIC OBLIGATION
Bind cell/node points to the same source root, validate bounds and preserve multiresolution lineage without extending observation below validated resolution.
POSTCONDITION
Return a rooted external-scene cell or HOLD invalid lineage or bounds. The cell does not identify unseen tissue.
COMPILATION RULE
Elsa is the compiler. Use a declared Bangel grammar profile, independently admit the applicable JP representation and execute through Joanna only where that path is implemented. These fields are documentary contract notation, not parser-verified source. A shared .bangel extension does not prove grammar equivalence.
