C++, Rust, R or a managed client requests language work.
HOW
Retain the exact service protocol and value representation. Separate adapters calling the Python service from
the smaller native decimal kernel and independently managed .NET stack.

State the actual execution host and supported subset. No automatic whole-language optimization or complete
cross-language parity follows.
CURRENT EVIDENCE
This requirement paper is source-grounded. Native .NET, C++/Rust/R host checks and physical execution
were not rerun.
REMAINING REQUIREMENT
Use the source and recorded case evidence to close remaining per-branch, native-host and full-contract coverage gaps.
