stewardship, non-weaponization. Inputs: founder purpose, verified evidence, family receipts, Pearl and Bangel Spreadsheets decision
packets. Outputs: bounded permit, hold, deny, project state.
ANALYSIS / LIFECYCLE
MJ participates as a manifestation within MJ. It accepts only typed, purpose-bound inputs and produces evidence or outputs within
its declared role. Equal family identity does not collapse domain authority or permit peer-to-peer authority transfer.
AUTHORITY AND EVIDENCE
Hard boundary: Cannot convert unknown evidence into permission or claim external authority. MJ remains the root permit authority.
