The inherited BarTide onboarding paper describes one workspace per account and a draft creation boundary. The customer-entrance release records preservation of business authentication.

LIFECYCLE AND ADMISSION
Entry: A verified business identity requests a supported workspace operation and ownership is unambiguous. Process: Validate business fields, bind the owner to the workspace, and resolve repeated requests without silently replacing an existing owner. Exit: Return the existing or newly created draft workspace and the next required setup step.

EVIDENCE AND EXCEPTIONS
HOLD: Ownership conflicts or required setup details need review. DENY: An unrelated account attempts to take control of a workspace. Preserve the acting identity, applicable scope, version, operation identity, and the actual result separately from later outcomes.
