DATED STATUS
The driver checkpoint records publication and preserves real driver payments as disabled. Nearby-discovery evidence states that a profile alone grants no order access; restaurant offer/acceptance and assignment restrictions apply.

LIFECYCLE AND ADMISSION
Entry: An active hired driver assigned to the order, or an authorized manager, requests a permitted transition against the current version. Process: Check restaurant relationship, assignment, current delivery status, operation identity, and any required manager override reason. Exit: Record one attributable transition and show only the permitted delivery information.
