Keep Tide Casa / BarTide service billing separate from restaurant customer payments and driver earnings.

DATED STATUS
The September 25 pricing checkpoint records $1,500 build plus a required $199 first month: $1,699 initially, or $1,999 with stores, then $199 monthly. These are dated recorded prices, not a fresh checkout quote.

LIFECYCLE AND ADMISSION
Entry: The buyer accepts the current terms and quote in an enabled billing environment. Process: Capture the accepted price, add-ons, billing period, account, and request identity; reconcile authenticated invoice/subscription evidence. Exit: Store the actual invoice or subscription state and preserve the accepted price snapshot.

EVIDENCE AND EXCEPTIONS
HOLD: The quote changes, required terms are missing, or provider state is unresolved. DENY: A caller attempts an unauthorized billing change or inconsistent account binding. Preserve the acting identity, applicable scope, version, operation identity, and the actual result separately from later outcomes.

ILLUSTRATIVE CASE
A historical subscriber keeps the applicable historical agreement; a new advertised price does not silently rewrite that subscription.

ACCEPTANCE REVIEW
Compare checkout, calculator, terms and PDFs; test duplicate events and add-on totals. Treat recorded prices as versioned evidence.
